Share the goodness!

Are you into Science Fiction books? Miguel doesn’t read much of this genre…

…but Frank Herbert’s masterpiece got him from page 1.

Whether you are into Science-Fiction novels or not, watch why this book is a must read.

Quote:

(The litany against fear)

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

Score: 9.2/10

Aha! another book lover who sniffs the books, glad to see I’m not the only one! I dont read much sci-fi but I might give this one a shot, it sounds good and second hand copies are everywhere. I agree that the litany against fear is very prayer like. Good job Miguel. Hope things slow down a bit for you; you sound like you’re up to your neck in work.

Hahah! Sniffing books rocks ;). I think I got that habit from my big brother, now even my little brother does it. I do it all the time and you get quizzical looks from people… oh well.

Do let me know what you think if you give it a shot, I hope it surprises you as it did to me.

After this week I should be able to breathe more easily, thanks for your support Bec!
