    Miguel-

The tribe that I’d love to lead the most are budding entrepreneurs. What’s stopping me from leading now is that I’m in the crowd. I’m a member of the tribe as an unproven entrepreneur and I think what will need to happen for me to truly lead that tribe is to have an entrepreneurial success.

I don’t think that it needs to be on some grand scale, but I need more practical experience building a company with revenues, employees, and a product that an everyday user can see and respect.

    All in due time. :)
    Great idea on the give-away!
    Cheers,
    Ryan

    Ryan,

    Thanks for sharing that openly.

There is no doubt in my mind that with your determination you will get that experience under your belt sooner or later.

As you say (and it’s something I’m still slowly coming to terms with myself): All in due time.

    Cheers!

    Hi Miguel,

The tribe I would like to lead is one where I encourage those who want to break out of the mindset that technology makes decisions and not business needs. So many businesses that I bump into lead with technology before they’ve even considered the needs of their clients so with some inspiration I hope to be able to bridge the mindset gap and create better partnerships for them.

Thanks for making the effort - it is very much appreciated.

    Hi Susanne,

There is a mantra in my company to that effect: “Lean before you digitize”. First you must improve the business processes to provide more value to the customer, only after that do would you want to digitize (ie. implement through techonology) the business processes.

It’s easy to get dazzled by technology and do it the other way around.

Props to you for setting up, and thank you for passing by and leaving your thoughts!
